Job summary

Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeping Utility Worker. You will clean building areas, floors and surfaces, set up rooms for events, and remove trash to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

No travel is required. You will join a dedicated team committed to safety, quality and resident comfort, with opportunities to learn and grow within Erickson Senior Living’s expanding network.

Qualifications

• Experience with carpet care and floor finishing preferred.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• May be required to maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Motor Vehicle Record check if driving is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the community using specialized equipment.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste.
• Use work orders to set up rooms and furniture.
• Assist with movement and delivery of heavy objects/packages.
• Remove trash including refuse and recycling.
• Maintain hard floors (scrubbing, mopping, burnishing, stripping, waxing) and carpets (extracting, cleaning, drying, vacuuming).
