Herc Rentals is seeking a Floor Care Sales Representative to lead the rollout of flooring product lines and meet revenue goals in the assigned territory. You will train customers and staff, demo flooring equipment, and collaborate with other sales professionals to expand market presence.

The role requires a progressive sales background, customer service experience, and a valid driver's license. Base pay ranges from $35k to $55k with uncapped commissions and a company vehicle.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Progressive sales background in equipment rental or related industry
• Customer service experience required
• Valid driver’s license

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed revenue goals for assigned territory
• Carry out direct sales activity for priority segments
• Create effective sales penetration plans
• Cross-sell with existing sales professionals
• Participate in ride-alongs to develop business knowledge
• Attend trade associations and networking events
• Ensure customers receive high-level service
• Provide training and demonstrations on flooring equipment
• Perform job walks and provide quotes
• Ensure accurate invoicing
• Provide recommendations for improvement to management
