Job summary

Rally House is seeking a part-time Team Captain to guide the store team on the floor, setting the pace and energizing the crew during shifts. This role emphasizes clear communication and leading by example to deliver standout guest experiences.

You will support onboarding, coaching, and daily operations while maintaining merchandising standards and a high-energy atmosphere for fans and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new team members.
• Maintain high-energy store culture and model service behaviors.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to teammates.
• Prioritize tasks during shifts to ensure execution and drive sales.
• Lead merchandising and fixture resets; uphold visual standards.
• Lead service on the floor to ensure coverage and guest focus.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism.
• Monitor service and adjust staffing as needed.
