You will drive safety, coach staff, and collaborate with planning, purchasing, and quality teams to meet production goals and customer commitments while applying Lean practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in assembly manufacturing, supervision, foreman leadership, or related field.
• Experience leading hourly employees in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to manage staffing, material shortages, changing priorities, and daily operational issues.
• Professional communication skills; handle performance or conduct concerns calmly.
• Hands-on work ethic, willingness to learn, resilience under pressure, full-day engagement.
• Flexibility to provide coverage for extended hours or weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly assembly employees to meet daily production priorities with safety and engagement.
• Manage staffing shortages, material constraints, and changing priorities to support schedules and quality.
• Maintain active floor engagement, observe work, remove barriers, address concerns, ensure coverage.
• Coach and develop employees through clear expectations and timely feedback.
• Address performance or conduct issues calmly and professionally during high-pressure situations.
• Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality and other teams to improve material availability and line constraints.
• Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to boost throughput and reduce waste.
