Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience in assembly/manufacturing supervision.
• Experience leading hourly production staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage staffing shortages and changing priorities.
• Strong communication and leadership under pressure.
• Willingness to work extended hours or weekends.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly assembly employees through daily priorities with safety and engagement.
• Manage staffing shortages and material constraints to support schedules.
• Maintain floor engagement and address employee concerns.
• Coach and develop employees through timely feedback and training.
• Address performance and conduct calmly while staying composed.
• Partner with Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality to improve materials and processes.
• Apply Lean and continuous improvement to increase throughput.
