Job summary

You will work on stormwater systems, CIP planning, pump stations, FEMA studies, and climate resilience projects across California, using GIS and modeling tools to generate data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• California PE license is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–8 years of water resources experience.
• Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and associated software.

Responsibilities

• Build, calibrate, validate, and maintain engineering models using historical rainfall, flow monitoring, and field data.
• Perform flood risk, drainage capacity, and infrastructure deficiency analyses.
• Evaluate alternatives and develop CIP recommendations.
• Develop and manage GIS databases and map products to support studies.
