Qualifications

• Strong writing and communication for technical memoranda and reports.

Responsibilities

• Build, calibrate, validate, and maintain hydrology/hydraulic models.
• Conduct flood risk and drainage capacity analyses for public agencies.
• Develop CIP recommendations and design alternatives.
• Manage GIS databases and map products for studies.
• Assist with drainage master plans, FEMA studies, and climate resilience assessments.
• Coordinate field investigations with clients and agencies.
• Prepare technical reports, exhibits, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with senior staff to deliver engineering solutions.
