SWBC in Wisconsin seeks a detail-minded Insurance Data Analyst to review flood insurance updates, verify accuracy, and process data in AS400, LPS, Citrix, and FiServ systems.

You will research FEMA/NFIP guidelines, handle escrow-related updates, contact insurance carriers as needed, and ensure timely, compliant loan records. 1–2 years of related experience and strong Excel/Word skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Enter, edit, or modify insurance data in AS/400, MSP, FiServ, Citrix, ensuring accuracy.
• Review and research insurance updates for FEMA/NFIP compliance.
• Update flood insurance lines based on reports and history in the FI system.
• Resolve escrow disbursement discrepancies by researching loans and contacting agencies.
• Examine flood policy jackets to meet regulatory guidelines and save documents for audits.
• Process client reports and exceptions requiring manual review.
