Job summary

SWBC is seeking a detail-oriented professional to perform in-line quality control of insurance updates and escrow payments. You will review data, verify accuracy, and enter updates into AS400, LPS, Citrix, and FiServ systems while making outbound calls as needed.

You will resolve discrepancies, assist with time-sensitive account maintenance, and maintain high standards of accuracy and customer service in a finance-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of high-level data entry or related experience.
• Experience in insurance, mortgage, or banking preferred.
• Knowledge of mortgage escrow or homeowners insurance helpful.
• Proficient with databases, MS Access, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review insurance updates and escrow disbursement data for accuracy.
• Research and contact insurance agencies to obtain required information.
• Enter and modify insurance and escrow data in system databases.
• Disburse insurance premium payments and adjust lines as needed.
• Resolve discrepancies using reports and history data.
• Maintain service levels and complete tasks efficiently.
• Process escrow requests and follow up on cancellations or unknown reasons.
