Job summary

International Paper's Crawfordsville Box Facility is hiring a Production Associate - Floating Utility. You will read work orders, locate stock, and support production to meet customer requirements in a fast-paced, 24-7 environment.

This full-time hourly role offers night shifts (6:00pm–6:00am) with a $0.40 night differential on top of $22.67 per hour. You will use tape measures and testing equipment, maintain housekeeping, and collaborate with machine crews to keep lines running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and interpreting work orders.
• Ability to use measurement tools accurately.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders, print cards, and other documents to learn customer requirements.
• Identify stock and products that correspond to work orders.
• Assist production to ensure that needs are met and support teammates.
• Accurately use tape measures and other test equipment.
• Inspect, count, and unitize products according to customer specs.
• Maintain work areas to plant housekeeping standards.
