Job summary

Beacon Credit Union is seeking a Full-time Float Teller in Lynchburg, VA. You will identify members’ financial needs, recommend solutions, and process transactions across lobby, drive-thru, and phone channels.

You’ll maintain service standards, minimize wait times, achieve sales/service goals, and travel to branches as needed, with a home branch assigned. Travel expenses are reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience.
• Sales experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle transactions and verify customer needs.
• Report discrepancies and balance the cash drawer regularly.
• Be knowledgeable about Beacon Credit Union products and services.
• Suggest appropriate products and services to members.
• Support other departments and branches as needed.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve inquiries.
• Follow all regulations including Bank Secrecy Act, Reg CC, and AML.
• Deliver outstanding service to all members in line with credit union standards.
