Job summary

Eastman Credit Union is seeking Full Time Tellers to support Duffield and Gate City, Virginia branches. This role requires 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday between 7:15 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with potential cross-branch coverage including Mt.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions accurately and efficiently using teller cash recyclers (TCR) or curbside when applicable.
• Comprehend True Checks check acceptance recommendations and place appropriate check holds when necessary.
• Ensure accurate balancing of cash drawer and analyze transactions to resolve outages.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of teller policies, procedures, and regulations (BSA, Reg CC, OFAC).
• Access account information and assist members with services.
• Provide friendly, professional service to members and coworkers.
