TEN Credit Union is seeking a Floating Teller Supervisor based at the Main Branch with responsibilities across multiple Tennessee locations. This full-time, on-site role includes frequent travel to Cookeville and Johnson City, TN, and provides leadership to Teller and Service Transaction Specialist teams while safeguarding branch operations.

Qualifications

Leadership and coaching experience in a banking environment.
Strong knowledge of financial institution operations.
Ability to travel between branches as needed.

Responsibilities

Supervise and develop Teller and Service Transaction Specialist teams.
Support daily branch operations, cash controls, security and compliance.
Provide guidance on procedures, regulations and best practices.
Monitor performance and support locations to meet organizational goals.
Collaborate with Branch Operations, Marketing and Risk Management to improve processes.
Support community outreach and represent TENCU professionally.
