Job summary

Marshland Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Teller to serve members with accurate, friendly service across multiple branches. You will handle routine financial transactions, balance cash drawers, and ensure confidentiality of member data while supporting branch operations.

The role requires flexibility to travel between branches and participate in drive-through and other teller duties as needed, with mileage reimbursement for travel between locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan and card payments, cash advances, money orders, and cashier's checks.
• Balance cash drawer daily and follow cash handling procedures.
• Identify discrepancies, suspected fraud, and security concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and transactional data.
• Promote credit union products and services during teller transactions.
• Travel between branch locations to provide coverage and support during peak times.
