Job summary

Capital Credit Union is seeking a part-time Teller to float among Wisconsin branches, including Kimberly. The role requires handling routine transactions with accuracy and a friendly, sales-oriented approach to members and staff.

You will operate an on-line teller terminal, balance cash drawers daily, and process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other requests while upholding security and policies. Schedule is 25–29 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions and memos.
• Ability to operate an on-line teller terminal and basic office machines.
• Knowledge of banking products and procedures to process transactions.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in transaction processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in person, by phone, and via drive-up by processing transactions.
• Balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, checks, and other transactions.
• Promote bank services and refer members to specialists as needed.
• Open/close the branch per procedures and assist with special requests.
