Job summary

Synergy Bank is seeking a customer-focused Floating Teller to provide exceptional service across our branch network. This role adapts to different environments at up to four branches between Livonia and New Roads based on staffing needs.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, basic leadership skills, and/or an associate degree in business/finance. Responsibilities include handling cash, promoting bank products, and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in customer service.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Synergy Bank's standard of excellence in customer service during every interaction.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments and other transactions.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance throughout the day and at shift end.
• Follow bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; report suspicious activity.
