Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing with accuracy.
• Assist with cash shipments, end-of-night balancing, and vault operations as needed.
• Provide member support for Home Banking and Bill Pay, including password resets and account unlocking.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services to meet member needs.
