Job description

Job Requirements: We currently have a full-time career opportunity for a Floating Teller in the Green Bay area. The Teller creates a positive first impression, establishes strong member relationships, processes member transactions, and assists members with account maintenance and problem resolution. The Floating Teller supports multiple branches on an as-needed basis. Main responsibilities include:

1. Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values.
2. Processing basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently.
3. Assisting members with problem resolution.
4. Building member relationships by uncovering needs, providing education, suggesting products and services, and directing members to appropriate representatives.

Candidate Qualifications:

• One to twelve months of similar or related experience is a plus.
• Previous cash handling or teller experience preferred.
• Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays.
• Knowledge of computers and ten-key data entry skills required.
• Ability to adapt to different work environments and team members daily.

Ideal candidates are passionate about member/customer service, thrive in a team and results-oriented environment, and are flexible with working hours, including Saturdays.

Branch Hours: Mon.-Fri. 8am-5:30pm, Sat. 9am-12pm.
