Job Requirements

We currently have a full-time career opportunity for a Floating Teller in the Appleton area. The Teller creates a positive first impression, establishes strong member relationships, processes member transactions, and assists members with account maintenance and problem resolution. The Floating Teller supports multiple branches on an as-needed basis. Primary responsibilities include:

• Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values
• Processing basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently
• Assisting members with problem resolution
• Building member relationships by uncovering needs, providing education, suggesting products/services, and directing members to other representatives as appropriate

Candidate Qualifications

• One to twelve months of similar or related experience is a plus
• Previous cash handling or teller experience preferred
• Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays
• Computer literacy and ten-key data entry skills
• Ability to adapt to different work environments and team members

Ideal candidates are passionate about member/customer service, thrive in a team and results-oriented environment, and have flexible availability, including Saturdays. Branch hours: Mon.-Fri. 8am-5:30pm, Sat. 9am-12pm.
