Job Overview

We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Floating Teller in the Green Bay area! The Teller creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships, processes member transactions, and assists members with account maintenance and problem resolution. The Floating Teller assists multiple branches on an as-needed basis.

Primary Responsibilities

• Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values
• Processing member transactions and account maintenance accurately, efficiently, and confidentially, while assisting with problem resolution
• Building member relationships by understanding member needs, providing education, suggesting products and services, and directing members to appropriate representatives

Candidate Qualifications

• One to twelve months of related experience is a plus
• Previous cash handling or teller experience preferred
• Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays
• Working knowledge of computers and ten-key data entry skills
• Ability to adapt to different work environments and team members

Additional Information

Ideal candidates will have flexible availability, including Saturdays, and a passion for member service. The branch hours are Mon.-Fri. 8am-5:30pm, Sat. 9am-12pm.
