Job summary

A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) seeks a Floating Supervisor to oversee operations across Ohio and Pennsylvania. Travel to multiple sites, lead teams, and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining high service standards.

The role is primarily 2nd shift (5 PM–1 AM) with paid travel time, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for career growth within AQFS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 hours from home base.
• Janitorial/facility services experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to multiple facilities to supervise operations and support teams
• Lead by example and assist with cleaning duties when needed
• Train, coach, and motivate employees
• Conduct inspections and final walkthroughs
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Monitor labor hours and productivity
• Deliver supplies and ensure teams are fully prepared
• Communicate updates and expectations clearly
• Work directly with the Area Manager to improve operations and client satisfaction
• Use Salesforce to document site visits and customer interactions

• Reliable transportation & clean driving record
• Ability to travel up to 2–3 hours from your home base
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Attention to detail and accountability
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Stable work history
• Janitorial/facility services experience is a plus
