Job summary

A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is seeking a hands-on Supervisor in Twinsburg, OH to lead daily operations, coach a hardworking team, and ensure top-quality service delivery. You’ll manage schedules, review performance, and drive client satisfaction across sites.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience managing labor hours and inventory.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations at assigned sites.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members.
• Perform quality inspections and follow up on corrections.
• Assist with cleaning tasks when needed.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering.
• Monitor labor hours and stay within budget.
• Handle customer concerns professionally.
• Run daily team huddles and meet weekly with the Area Manager.
• Communicate updates clearly (schedules, policies, procedures).
• Identify employees ready for advancement.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency.
• Take ownership of results and client satisfaction.

A Quality Facility Services is hiring a motivated Supervisor to lead daily operations, support a hardworking team, and ensure top-quality service delivery.
