Job summary

A Quality Facility Services is seeking a Floating Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple facilities in Ohio and Pennsylvania. This full-time role requires travel with a 2nd shift schedule (5 PM – 1 AM) and a starting salary of $50,000 per year, plus travel pay and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include supervising teams at various sites, coaching staff, conducting inspections, and documenting visits in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Travel up to 2–3 hours from home base.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Janitorial/facility services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple facilities to supervise operations and support teams.
• Lead by example and assist with cleaning duties when needed.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees.
• Conduct inspections and final walkthroughs.
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Monitor labor hours and productivity.
• Deliver supplies and ensure teams are fully prepared.
• Communicate updates and expectations clearly.
• Work directly with the Area Manager to improve operations and client satisfaction.
• Use Salesforce to document site visits and customer interactions.
