A Quality Facility Services is seeking a hands-on Supervisor in Mayfield Heights, OH to lead daily operations, coach a hardworking team, and ensure top-quality service delivery.

If you’re a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching others and keeping operations running smoothly, this is the role for you. You will train staff, monitor inventories, run daily huddles, and collaborate with the Area Manager to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Stable work history with reliability and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations at assigned sites.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members.
• Perform quality inspections and follow up on corrections.
• Assist with cleaning tasks when needed.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering.
• Monitor labor hours and stay within budget.
• Handle customer concerns professionally.
• Run daily team huddles and meet weekly with the Area Manager.
• Communicate updates clearly (schedules, policies, procedures).
• Identify employees ready for advancement.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency.
• Take ownership of results and client satisfaction.
