Job summary

A Quality Facility Services is hiring a motivated Supervisor to lead daily operations at Brackenridge, PA. You will coach and support a hardworking team, perform quality inspections, manage inventory and labor hours, and ensure client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, clear communication, and attention to detail. This is a Full-Time role on 2nd shift with opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing labor hours and inventory.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations at assigned sites.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support daily operations at assigned sites

• Train, coach, and motivate team members

• Perform quality inspections and follow up on corrections

• Assist with cleaning tasks when needed

• Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering

• Monitor labor hours and stay within budget

• Handle customer concerns professionally

• Run daily team huddles and meet weekly with the Area Manager

• Communicate updates clearly, including schedules, policies, and procedures

• Identify employees ready for advancement

• Improve processes to increase efficiency

• Take ownership of results and client satisfaction
