Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Service Manager or Lead Maintenance Technician preferred.
• Prior apartment or property maintenance experience.
• EPA or HVAC certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Great communication and customer service attitude.
• Valid Driver's License and insured vehicle.

We’re hiring a Floating Service Manager to help lead the maintenance operations at multiple properties in our Nashville, TN portfolio (Brentwood and Hermitage areas).

You’ll work side by side with on-site teams to complete service requests, assist with unit turns, and keep our properties running at their best—all while being recognized for your skills.
