Lion Real Estate Group in Nashville, TN is seeking a Floating Service Manager to lead on-site maintenance across multiple properties (Brentwood and Hermitage areas). You’ll supervise a maintenance team, manage work orders, coordinate with vendors, and participate in on-call rotations to keep properties running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has prior service/maintenance leadership experience, EPA/HVAC certification, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• EPA or HVAC certification required.
• Previous experience as a Service Manager or lead maintenance preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Leadership and customer service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a maintenance team to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage daily maintenance operations, work orders, and preventive care.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances).
• Complete work orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Ensure the community is safe, functional, and well‑maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Deliver excellent service with a friendly, can‑do attitude.
• Participate in on‑call rotation to keep things running smoothly 24/7.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Service Manager or Lead Maintenance Technician preferred
• Prior apartment or property maintenance experience.
• EPA or HVAC certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Leadership skills with a team‑oriented mindset.
• Great communication and customer service attitude.
• A team player who’s ready to roll up their sleeves.
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
