Job summary

Lion Real Estate Group, LLC is seeking a Service Manager to lead maintenance at one of our apartment communities in Nashville, TN. You’ll guide on-site teams, oversee work orders, and coordinate preventive maintenance to keep our properties in top condition.

You will perform routine repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances, while driving safety, reliability, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• EPA or HVAC certification required.
• Previous experience as a Service Manager or Lead Maintenance Technician preferred.
• Apartment or property maintenance experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Great communication and customer service attitude.
• Driver's License and insured vehicle; mileage reimbursement offered.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Service Manager or Lead Maintenance Technician preferred
