Job summary

First Sentinel Bank is seeking a Retail Operations Associate - Floating to support multiple branch locations in Lebanon, VA and surrounding counties. You will handle daily transactions, assist customers, and open new accounts as needed.

Travel to various branches is required to provide timely retail operations support. The role emphasizes cash handling, customer service, and proactive promotion of bank products and services to clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year experience in a cash handling and/or customer service environment.
• Some experience in finance, banking, accounting, or similar industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travels to all First Sentinel Bank locations to provide Retail Operations support as needed.
• Provides teller services including deposits, cash handling, and balance verification.
• Opens new deposit accounts for consumer and commercial customers and gathers customer information.
• Promotes and explains bank products and services to customers.
