Makers Union Pub in Reston, VA is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will guide front-of-house and culinary teams, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and manage inventory and costs to optimize profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, a calm, multitasking mindset, and availability for evenings and weekends, totaling 50–55 hours per week.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours).
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (e.g., menus, highchairs, booster seats).
• Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally.
• Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones.
• Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment.
