First National Bank Of Pennsylvania is seeking a Floating Relationship Banker to develop proficiency in consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The role supports branch leads across assigned locations and helps convert transactions into qualified referrals.

You will greet customers, identify needs, and promote bank products while ensuring data quality and adherence to bank policies. Travel within the market may be required.

Formación

• Excellent customer service and communication skills essential.
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with basic MS Word/Excel knowledge.
• Experience in a related position; knowledge of banking policies.
• Sales and customer service abilities to support referrals.

Responsabilidades

• Promote sales by greeting customers, identifying needs, and using leads.
• Recommend cross-sell of bank products and services.
• Meet weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
• Enter and maintain accurate data for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Handle routine teller transactions and related tasks per policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to risk management and compliance programs.
