Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Excellent guest service, communication and multi-tasking skills required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to submit a background check and oral drug screen.
• One year of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in/out with accuracy.
• Verify and update patient information in the Kiosk/EMR system.
• Balance the cash drawer and tally copays for daily reports.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and manage return visits.
• Answer calls, take messages, and route inquiries appropriately.
• File, scan, and organize patient records in the EMR system.
• Provide coverage for other staff as needed.
