Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team across Oakbrook, Old Irving Park, Evanston, Lakeview, Roscoe Village, River North, South Loop and Bronzeville.

You will deliver direct patient care, contribute to treatment plans, and mentor clinical interns while collaborating with PT/PTA colleagues to optimize care delivery. This role includes a sign-on bonus and float differential as noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and active Illinois licensure.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and participate in treatment planning.
• Teach and supervise clinical interns and students.
• Collaborate with PT/PTA teams to manage patient plans of care.
• Maintain EMR documentation and daily notes.
• Participate in committees and process improvement.
