Responsibilities

• Direct patient care and treatment planning with PT/PTA team.
• Maintain patient plans of care and document progress in EMR.
• Collaborate with care teams and participate in process improvement.
• Provide education materials to patients and families.
• Demonstrate professional ethics and uphold NM values.
