Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to support multiple Chicago-area locations including Oakbrook, Old Irving Park, Evanston, Lakeview, Roscoe Village, River North, South Loop, and Bronzeville. The role offers a $5,000 new hire sign-on bonus and a $10/hour float differential.

The PT will provide direct patient care, participate in teaching, and contribute to departmental improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in State of Illinois
• BLS from American Heart Association upon hire

Responsabilités

• Provides direct patient care and participates in teaching and committees.
• Maintains patient plans of care with treatment teams and documents progress.
