Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience preferred.
• Ability to comply with HIPAA and PHI regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality patient care services in the center.
• Evaluate muscle, skeletal, and neurological conditions.
• Coordinate treatment with a multidisciplinary team.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
