Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time Floating PTA role serving the Ocala and Gainesville SNF locations. You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist, delivering high-quality rehab services and ensuring patient progress in the SNF setting.

The ideal candidate will have an APTA-accredited PTA degree, current licensure, strong communication, and at least one year of SNF experience with willingness to travel between facilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in Florida (or state of practice).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation.
• Coordinate with team to ensure quality outcomes and meet regulatory requirements.

What You\'ll Do:

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A solid year of SNF experience and willing to travel to multiple facilities
