Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Floating Physical Therapist Assistant for a Full-Time role in the Ocala/Gainesville area. You will provide PT assistant services in SNF settings and collaborate with supervising PT to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Must hold an active PTA license in the state and have SNF experience; travel to multiple facilities is required. Competitive benefits and professional growth support are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of SNF experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to multiple facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and update physician orders as required.

What You'll Do:
