Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Floating Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Ocala/Gainesville. This full-time role supports SNF and Long-Term Care settings with flexible scheduling and strong clinical education within the Enhance Therapies family.

Ideal candidates hold an AOTA-accredited COTA degree, NBCOT certification, and current Florida licensure, with mentorship available for new grads and opportunities for advancement within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Certified by NBCOT as a COTA, if required by the state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
