Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist for a contract role in San Antonio, TX, covering locations within a 10-15 mile radius. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with an eight-hour shift.

Initial duration is three months with potential for permanent placement. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of diagnostic phlebotomy experience, a valid state phlebotomy certification, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of diagnostic phlebotomy experience.
• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where employed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and collect specimens.
• Label, centrifuge, and store specimens per procedures.
• Update patient information and maintain accurate records.
• Explain venipuncture procedures clearly to patients.
• Ensure specimens are transported and stored per protocol.
• Follow OSHA/DEP regulations and participate in trainings.
