Job summary

LabCorp in Glendora, CA is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our patient-centered team. You will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques across all age groups, collect specimens for various tests, and travel to multiple sites as needed to support patient care.

The role requires a California CPT license and a high school diploma or GED. Prior phlebotomy experience is preferred, and strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work across multiple sites and teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
