Publix Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Associate to support patient-centered care across our stores. You will deliver immunizations, MTM services, and pharmacist-led counseling while maintaining high service levels and compliance.

As a team member, you’ll help manage daily operations, mentor staff, and participate in clinical initiatives. This role offers growth within Publix’s promote-from-within culture and a flexible schedule to meet customer needs.

Competenze

• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No active suspensions or sanctions related to health insurance participation.
• No unacceptable drug test result in the last three years.

Mansioni

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients and counsel.
• Assist in pharmacy operations as pharmacist-on-duty.
• Mentor staff on pharmacy practices and programs like auto refill.
• Advance MTM and immunization efforts at the location.
