Publix Pharmacy seeks a Floating Pharmacist to provide top-tier pharmacy services, counsel patients, and support clinical initiatives across locations. You will lead as pharmacist-on-duty, mentor staff, and help ensure timely processing and personalized care.

Ideal candidates are licensed pharmacists with immunization eligibility, excellent communication, and a patient-centric approach to health and wellness within a community-focused Publix setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of pharmacy required.
• Unrestricted state pharmacist license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Immunizing pharmacist preferred or eligible.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients and counsel on medications.
• Lead pharmacy operations as pharmacist-on-duty and mentor staff.
• Support MTM and immunization initiatives to improve health outcomes.
• Maintain flexible schedule to meet customer needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
