Job summary

Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to support multiple pharmacy locations. The role emphasizes patient-centric care, immunizations, MTM, and expanding clinical services while maintaining high service standards and team collaboration.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Graduate of a school of pharmacy.
Must have and maintain an unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
Must not have active suspensions, sanctions, or other restrictions related to participation in a health insurance program.
Must not have had an unacceptable drug test result within the last three years.

Responsibilities

Provide dedication to each pharmacy's success, by executing strategy as the pharmacist-on-duty.
Set priorities to maximize contribution and support the team.
Deliver best-in-class pharmacy service through counseling and personalized care.
Mentor team on Publix pharmacy best practices to maximize sales and minimize shrink.
Advance clinical initiatives including MTM and immunizations.
Maintain a flexible work-week schedule to meet customers' needs.
