Columbus Regional Health in Columbus, IN is seeking a Patient Care Technician II to join Nurses Resources float pool. You will float to inpatient units to ensure nursing staff are in the right place to meet patient needs and enhance safety and experience.

As the first face patients see, you will assist with daily living activities, take vital signs, respond to call lights, and perform duties such as cardiac monitoring and Stat EKGs.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• Verifiable work experience.
• Health care-related work experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Float to inpatient units to ensure nursing staff coverage and appropriate placement.
• Engage with patients, answer call lights, assist with activities of daily living and monitor vital signs.
• Perform cardiac monitoring and interpretation and Stat EKGs as assigned.
• Collaborate with a nurse to support patient safety and care delivery.
