Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Floating Occupational Therapist for full‑time work in skilled nursing facilities. You will evaluate and treat patients, create personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidiscipinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification or eligibility as required by state.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and update all required physician orders.

What You\'ll Do:

• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date

Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
• Certified by the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A solid year of SNF experience and willing to travel to multiple facilities
