Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for a skilled nursing facility and long-term care setting in the Baltimore area.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining accurate documentation and staying compliant with physician orders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR where required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
