Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting in Florida. The role includes evaluating patients, developing care plans, and collaborating with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes, while maintaining regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• NBCOT certification may be required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.

What You'll Do:

Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program


• Certified by the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state


• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice


• Strong communication and organizational skills
