Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care team in New Jersey.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality outcomes while maintaining regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
