You will assess and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification if required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
